A well-established general practice and urgent care veterinary hospital in Napa, CA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian (DVM) to join their growing team. About the Practice
The hospital is a modern, fully equipped practice featuring:
Digital radiography (full-body and dental)
Ultrasound and echocardiography
In-house Idexx lab suite
Full surgical suite
The team includes 1 clinic director, 3 DVMs, 4 RVTs, 8 veterinary assistants, and 2 client service representatives, creating a collaborative culture where team members support each other while maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities
Provide general wellness, urgent care, and advanced services
Perform routine and advanced surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics
Manage patient care using in-house diagnostics, radiography, and ultrasound
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow
Promote a Fear-Free and client-centered practice environment
Candidate Profile
DVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible to practice in California
Passionate about high-quality, compassionate patient care
Strong clinical skills, or desire to develop skills in surgery, urgent care, and advanced procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Motivated to grow professionally in a supportive, collaborative environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 + uncapped production bonus
Sign-on bonus and relocation support available
$2,000 annual CE allowance + 40 hours paid CE time (based on four-day work week)
