A well-established small animal general practice is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative team in Napa, CA, offering an exceptional Napa Valley lifestyle with no on-call responsibilities. This role provides the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine while enjoying a balanced schedule in one of California’s most desirable locations.
This position is well suited to both motivated new graduates and experienced veterinarians, with flexibility in scheduling and strong clinical support.

Schedule:3–4 consistent shifts per week | No on-call
Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 base salary
Sign-on/relocation bonus up to $40,000

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to companion animals
Build long-term relationships with clients through clear communication and education
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff in a team-oriented environment
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold medical standards
Participate in continued clinical growth and skill development
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent, licensed or license-eligible in California
2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Interest in developing advanced clinical or future leadership skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Commitment to patient care, client service, and community engagement
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, based on experience
Up to $40,000 sign-on and relocation bonus
