A growing small animal general practice is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Nipomo, California (Central Coast). Clinical capabilities include digital and digital dental radiography, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and ultrasound, allowing veterinarians to provide comprehensive care efficiently. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality general medicine and surgical care to small animal patients
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
Manage wellness, diagnostic, and sick-patient appointments
Pursue special interests or niche areas of veterinary medicine, if desired
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical standards
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed or license-eligible in California
Friendly, compassionate, and motivated team player
Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
Commitment to high standards of patient care
Surgical skills and ultrasound experience a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation with ProSal bonus structure. Salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000
