We are seeking a compassionate and personable Veterinarian to join a close-knit, community-focused small animal practice. This role is ideal for experienced veterinarians or new graduates who want to provide thoughtful, high-quality care while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Doctors at this practice benefit from longer appointment times—30 minutes for wellness and 40 minutes for sick visits—allowing for 12–18 patients per day without feeling rushed.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
Educate clients on preventative care and responsible pet ownership
Collaborate with skilled veterinary technicians and support staff
Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities
Maintain accurate medical records and provide exceptional client communication
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in North Carolina
Passion for small animal medicine and client education
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Open to mentorship (new graduates) or collaborative practice (experienced veterinarians)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (based on experience). Salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000
