Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to small animal patients
Manage urgent and complex cases with confidence and compassion
Perform diagnostics and surgical procedures using modern equipment
Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and outcomes
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best-practice standards
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
Active California veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable with general medicine, surgery, and dentistry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
New graduates welcome with structured mentorship available
DEA license and USDA accreditation preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 (DOE)
$75,000 Sign-On Bonus
