About the Team
They operate in a team-based environment, maintaining a minimum 2:1 Tech-to-Vet ratio to ensure efficiency and support. The team prioritizes:
Client relationships through strong communication and leadership training
Community involvement, including donated services, fundraisers, and volunteer work
Diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of practice
Ongoing mentorship and professional development for veterinarians at all levels
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animal patients
Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians and colleagues
Participate in professional development and mentorship programs
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
Candidate Profile
DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree required
Licenses/registrations in compliance with local, state, and national requirements
Strong clinical skills and effective communication
Passion for high-quality patient care and community engagement
Compensation & Benefits
Generous ProSal compensation with no negative accrual (Salary ranging from $145k to $165k, rated at full-time hours)
