We are seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a supportive and collaborative veterinary team in Cape Coral, FL. This role offers a flexible schedule with no after-hours or on-call shifts, allowing you to balance work and life while delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality small animal medicine and surgery

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Florida

  • Passionate about pet care and committed to excellence in veterinary medicine

  • Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring and lifelong learning

  • Empathetic and client-focused with strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills, and qualifications (ranging from $115k to $135k)

  • Schedule: Part-time, 6 days a week (closed Sundays)
