Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs, including wellness, diagnostics, preventive medicine, and dental procedures
Build trusted relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for veterinary guidance
Support practice goals by contributing to a collaborative, compassionate, and efficient team environment
Participate in mentoring, professional development, and continuing education programs
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state veterinary regulations
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) or equivalent required
Licensed to practice in Louisiana in good standing, with an active or eligible DEA license
Strong communication and client-service skills, with a passion for building lasting client relationships
Commitment to professional growth, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient care
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and credentials (ranging from $130k to $150k, rated at full-time hours)
