Salary: $40,000 – $105,000 base salary + production

Responsibilities
Provide preventive, diagnostic, and medical care for companion animals
Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient
Build lasting relationships with pet owners through clear communication and compassionate care
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate medical records and follow established medical protocols

Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited university
Active veterinary license in Iowa, or ability to obtain prior to start date
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Passion for preventive care and high-quality patient outcomes
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative clinical environment
