Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality preventive, medical, and surgical care to small animal patients
Perform thorough physical examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Utilise a structured, problem-based approach to case management
Carry out routine and complex surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, mass removals, and abdominal surgery
Perform routine and advanced dentistry, including radiograph interpretation and extractions
Maintain accurate, detailed medical records in line with clinical protocols
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and colleagues
Participate in clinical rounds and collaborative case discussions
About You
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
Confident performing routine surgery, dentistry, and anaesthesia
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Professional, compassionate, and calm under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working as part of a team while maintaining clinical autonomy
