Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional veterinary care for companion animals, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dental procedures

  • Communicate effectively with clients to educate and support pet health

  • Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to deliver efficient, compassionate care

  • Uphold professional standards and hospital protocols

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited institution

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, supportive veterinary practice

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year, plus production incentives

  • Flexible schedule (part-time, less than 30 hours/week)
