As an Associate Veterinarian, you will manage a balanced caseload of wellness, sick visits, diagnostics, and optional surgery. The position emphasizes patient-focused, individualized medicine, supported by a team of experienced veterinary technicians.
You will have autonomy in your clinical decisions, a voice in hospital protocols, and the mentorship and resources to grow professionally in a structured and supportive environment.

This well-equipped, efficiently run 3,000 sq ft hospital offers:
Digital and dental radiography
Full in-house laboratory and therapeutic laser
Supportive, experienced staff with at least a 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio

Responsibilities
Provide small animal medical care including wellness, diagnostics, sick visits, and optional surgery
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver efficient, compassionate care

Participate in hospital protocols and contribute to continuous improvement
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with professional standards
Candidate Profile
DVM / VMD or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
Passionate about high-quality medicine and client communication
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Open to new graduates and experienced veterinarians
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + production bonuses (no negative accrual). Salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000
