About the Practice
The hospital is a well-equipped, modern general practice featuring:
Fully equipped surgical suite
Ultrasound and digital radiography (full-body and dental)

The team includes 1 clinic director, 1 RVT, 5 veterinary assistants, and 1 CSR, fostering a collaborative culture where communication, support, and professional growth are prioritized.

Provide general wellness, urgent care, and advanced procedures
Perform routine and advanced surgery and dentistry
Utilize in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, and ultrasound
Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and colleagues
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality care
Mentor or learn within the New Associate Program if early-career
Candidate Profile
DVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible to practice in California
Strong clinical foundation and a desire to grow skills in surgery, urgent care, or advanced procedures
Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-focused care
Motivated, adaptable, and committed to high-quality veterinary medicine

Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 + uncapped production bonus

$2,000 annual CE allowance + 40 hours paid CE time (based on four-day work week)
