Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, high-quality veterinary care to small animal patients

  • Perform examinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia

  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulations

  • Communicate effectively with clients in person, by phone, and via email

  • Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff

  • Uphold state and federal veterinary practice standards, including controlled substance regulations

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent

  • Eligible for or currently holding a Minnesota veterinary license

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • USDA accreditation preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $110,000 – $150,000 plus production
