Responsibilities
Provide consistent, high-quality veterinary care to small animal patients
Perform examinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively with clients in person, by phone, and via email
Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff
Uphold state and federal veterinary practice standards, including controlled substance regulations
Participate in mentorship, training, and team development initiatives
Support a positive hospital culture focused on patient care and client experience

Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Eligible for or currently holding a Minnesota veterinary license
Passion for small animal general practice
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
New graduates encouraged to apply; mentorship provided
USDA accreditation preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $110,000 – $150,000 plus production
Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual
Full-time benefits starting at just 30 hours per week
