Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive small animal medical and surgical care
Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Provide dentistry, preventive care, and soft-tissue surgery
Collaborate closely with a supportive, highly trained team
Build trusted, long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota
Interest in small animal medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
Monthly production bonuses with true no negative accrual
Sign-on bonus available
Schedule Highlights
Four 10-hour shifts per week
