Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and surgical procedures, including spay/neuter and dental work
Conduct physical exams, diagnostics, treatments, and follow-up care
Communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans and outcomes
Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Participate in mentorship and continuing education programs
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university
Licensure to practice in Illinois, or eligibility to obtain
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in general surgery or dentistry
Interest in mentoring new graduates and supporting a collaborative clinic culture
Passion for client education and building lasting relationships
