Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced surgeries (spay/neuter, mass removals, dental procedures, and more depending on skillset)
Conduct comprehensive medical exams and develop individualized treatment plans
Utilize in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound, and lab tools
Manage urgent and same-day cases with support from the experienced team
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and colleagues
Candidate Profile
DVM (or equivalent), licensed or eligible to practice in California
Motivated, down-to-earth, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
Interest in growing clinical skills in surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, or internal medicine
Values collaboration, mentorship, and professional development
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + uncapped production bonus
Sign-on bonus and relocation support available
$2,000 annual CE allowance + 40 hours paid CE time (based on four-day work week)
