Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
Emphasize preventive care and client education
Build long-term relationships with clients and community partners
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
Support rescue initiatives and community-focused programs
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best-practice standards
Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed or license-eligible in California
Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
Passion for preventive medicine and relationship-driven care
Interest in rescue work or holistic medicine a plus
Team-oriented, compassionate, and professional approach
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $95,000 – $135,000 + production bonuses
Sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance available
