Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals and exotics

  • Educate clients on preventative care, nutrition, and responsible pet ownership

  • Collaborate with specialists, veterinary technicians, and support staff

  • Participate in mentorship, professional development, and structured training programs

  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure excellent client communication

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited institution

  • Valid veterinary license in Texas

  • Passion for small animal medicine, surgery, and client education

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

  • Open to mentorship, leadership growth, and working with a diverse caseload, including exotics
