We are seeking a compassionate and skilled small animal Veterinarian to join a multi-doctor, collaborative practice in The Woodlands, TX. This position is ideal for experienced veterinarians or motivated new graduates who want to provide high-quality, diverse veterinary care in a supportive, mentorship-focused environment.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with specialists in surgery, cardiology, ophthalmology, and more, as well as care for exotics like rabbits, ferrets, turtles, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, and chinchillas. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals and exotics
Educate clients on preventative care, nutrition, and responsible pet ownership
Collaborate with specialists, veterinary technicians, and support staff
Participate in mentorship, professional development, and structured training programs
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure excellent client communication
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in Texas
Passion for small animal medicine, surgery, and client education
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Open to mentorship, leadership growth, and working with a diverse caseload, including exotics
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary ($130,000 – $160,000, DOE)
