Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent care medical services for companion animals

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based medicine

  • Advise clients on preventive care and treatment options

  • Perform necessary surgical procedures and prescribe medications as required

  • Collect and interpret diagnostic samples using hospital equipment

  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and regulations

  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited AVMA institution

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Collaborative and team-focused mindset

  • Ability to handle patients and equipment safely

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care in an urgent care setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 /yr., dependent on experience and schedule
