Responsibilities
Provide urgent care medical services for companion animals
Examine, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based medicine
Advise clients on preventive care and treatment options
Perform necessary surgical procedures and prescribe medications as required
Collect and interpret diagnostic samples using hospital equipment
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and regulations
Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited AVMA institution
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative and team-focused mindset
Ability to handle patients and equipment safely
Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care in an urgent care setting
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 /yr., dependent on experience and schedule
