Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat companion animals
Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed
Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results
Educate and counsel clients on preventive care, treatment options, and end-of-life decisions
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, state regulations, and clinic policies
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed or eligible for Minnesota veterinary licensure
Ability to obtain DEA/BNDD registration
Strong communication skills and client-centered approach
Collaborative, professional, and committed to continuous growth
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; with assistance for heavier patients
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 per year
