Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
Perform routine and complex procedures with confidence
Educate clients on preventative health care and responsible pet ownership
Collaborate with experienced veterinary technicians and support staff
Mentor student externs and participate in professional development opportunities
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in North Carolina
Passion for small animal medicine and client education
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Open to mentorship (if new graduate) or collaboration (if experienced)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year
Paid Time Off: 12 days per year
