Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals

  • Perform routine and complex procedures with confidence

  • Educate clients on preventative health care and responsible pet ownership

  • Collaborate with experienced veterinary technicians and support staff

  • Mentor student externs and participate in professional development opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution

  • Valid veterinary license in North Carolina

  • Passion for small animal medicine and client education

  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

  • Open to mentorship (if new graduate) or collaboration (if experienced)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year

  • Paid Time Off: 12 days per year
