This opportunity offers an immediate, busy caseload, advanced oncology facilities, and strong emergency support, allowing specialists to focus fully on high-level medical oncology while maintaining excellent work–life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced medical oncology consultations and treatment plans

  • Diagnose and manage complex oncologic cases

  • Administer and oversee chemotherapy protocols in a dedicated oncology suite

  • Collaborate with emergency doctors and specialty colleagues

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and referring veterinarians

  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records

  • Contribute to continued growth and excellence of oncology services

Candidate Profile

  • DACVIM (Oncology) or residency-trained/practice-limited Medical Oncologist

  • Eligible for California veterinary licensure

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Interest in practicing within a busy, multi-specialty referral environment

  • Commitment to high-quality medicine and ongoing professional development
