Responsibilities
Deliver advanced emergency and critical care services
Lead and develop ICU protocols, workflows, and best practices
Perform and interpret advanced diagnostics and monitoring
Collaborate closely with emergency doctors and specialty clinicians
Supervise and support RVTs and support staff within the ICU
Communicate effectively with referring veterinarians and pet owners
Maintain thorough, accurate medical records
Uphold the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence
Candidate Profile
DACVECC or residency-trained/practice-limited Criticalist
Eligible for California veterinary licensure
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Interest in building and shaping an ICU service
