A veterinarian-owned specialty and emergency hospital in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive, clinician-led team. Responsibilities
Perform advanced soft tissue and/or orthopedic surgical procedures
Manage complex surgical cases with clinical excellence
Collaborate with emergency clinicians, specialists, and support teams
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and referring veterinarians
Contribute to protocol development and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
Board-Certified (DACVS) or Board-Eligible Veterinary Surgeon
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
Passion for high-quality, patient-focused surgical care
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Interest in practicing within a veterinarian-owned, innovation-driven model
