Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced soft tissue surgical procedures including complex and emergency cases.

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of specialists and emergency veterinarians.

  • Participate in pre- and post-operative patient care planning.

  • Provide consultative guidance for complex surgical cases and contribute to high-quality patient care.

  • Engage in mentorship, research, and continuing education initiatives as applicable.

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent.

  • State veterinary license in good standing before start date.

  • Active DEA license or DEA eligible.

  • Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Soft Tissue Surgeon.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for advancing surgical practice and mentoring others.
