Client Service Manager
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Dependent on experience (Ask Recruiter Below)
Duties:
Ensuring that all KPI’s and Deliverables are met in line with the required scope of work for each client. (VAT, CIS, etc)
Maintaining client's accounts, verifying and posting transactions
Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Managing client invoices & payments
Liaising with clients and their vendors, reconciling any billing discrepancies
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Recording client assets and handling investments
Preparing Management Accounts for review
Managing & filing relevant client documentation electronically
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Ensuring that all clients are communicated with, in line with their deliverables.
Liaising with HMRC as and when required
Constant improvement and development of existing workflows.
Monitor the implementation and maintenance of bookkeeping and accounting control procedures.
Providing trainees with appropriate work to their skill level to aid deliverables.
Overall responsibility and supervision of trainees work relating to your clients.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparing schedules, statements and reports as requested
Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
