Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Location: Nailsea (commutable from Bristol , Portishead, Clevedon, and surrounding areas)
Hours: Full-time, 4-day working week
Weekends: 1 in 7 full weekends
OOHs: 1 night every 2 weeks (shared rota)

About the Role
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will:

Take on clinical and management responsibilities within the practice

Lead and mentor a supportive veterinary team

Handle a varied caseload including surgery, imaging, and diagnostics

Utilise advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment daily
-
Ensure the highest standards of patient and client care
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a motivated Lead Veterinary Surgeon who is:

RCVS-registered (or eligible to register)
-
Confident across general practice, with leadership aspirations or experience
-
Interested in advanced diagnostics and surgery
-
Collaborative, with strong communication skills
-
Open to professional development (training in laparoscopic spays available)
