Responsibilities
Deliver emergency care to small animals, including stabilization, diagnostics, and critical interventions
Communicate effectively with pet owners during high-stress situations
Collaborate with a skilled team of veterinarians and support staff to ensure efficient, compassionate care
Adhere to hospital protocols and standards for quality and safety
Qualifications
DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Minnesota
Strong clinical and communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 USD, with monthly production and no-negative accrual
