They are seeking a dedicated Emergency Veterinarian to join a growing specialty and emergency referral hospital in the greater Austin area. This position is available full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. They offer competitive salary with production bonuses, no non-competes, and a six-month mentorship program for new graduates.
In this role, They will handle emergency cases, collaborate with specialty teams, and participate in direct, intraoperative surgical training with board-certified surgeons.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency medical and surgical care for small animal patients
Collaborate with specialty teams on complex cases

Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD degree required
Prior internship or mentorship in emergency medicine preferred
Open to new graduates, with mentorship program available
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
Passion for emergency medicine and continuous learning
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary with monthly production bonuses (Salary ranging from $175,000 to $195,000)
