  • Collaborative ER environment with access to Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, Critical Care, Surgery, Anesthesia, and Rehabilitation specialists

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency and critical care to small animal patients

  • Perform diagnostics, treatments, and emergency surgeries as needed

  • Communicate effectively with clients about diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care

  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols

  • Collaborate with specialty teams and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary college

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in South Carolina

  • Emergency medicine experience preferred but motivated new grads may be considered

  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high-quality veterinary care
