About the Practice
Our hospital is a high-volume 24/7 emergency and specialty center serving Miami and surrounding areas. The facility features:
8 exam rooms and 3 surgical suites
Dedicated oncology department with CT, ultrasound, and radiology suite
Rehabilitation department and state-of-the-art in-house laboratory
Advanced imaging, diagnostics, and treatment technology

Responsibilities
Diagnose, stabilize, and treat emergency and trauma cases
Perform emergency surgeries as required
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Mentor and guide junior veterinarians and veterinary technicians
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Participate in continuing education and professional development initiatives
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Florida
Minimum 1–2 years of ER experience preferred; strong GP candidates seeking ER transition encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $160,000–$200,000 + 20–22% production pay (NO negative accrual)
Flexible 12-shift schedule per month, with optional extra shifts
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
Relocation assistance up to $15,000
Student loan repayment program up to $20,000/year for 4 years
CE allowance $2,500/year + 3 CE-specific PTO days
