Salary: $135,000 to $155,000 + production
Sign-On Bonus: Available, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays required

About the Practice
This AAHA-accredited hospital is part of a multi-doctor practice serving the Boca Raton community for over 20 years. The hospital is fully equipped to handle a wide range of emergencies and general practice needs, including:
Digital radiography (standard & dental)
Full in-house IDEXX labs
CO₂ cutting laser, endoscopy, rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy
Ultrasound, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and complete rehab center
Heated therapy pool, underwater treadmill, K-laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound

Responsibilities
As an ER Veterinarian, you will:
Provide medical, surgical, and emergency care for companion animals
Manage a variety of acute and complex cases
Communicate effectively with clients about diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold hospital standards
Collaborate with a large, experienced support team to ensure efficient, high-quality care
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Possess a valid veterinary license in Florida (or eligibility)
Are comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Have excellent clinical skills, decision-making, and client communication
Are team-oriented, independent, and compassionate
Compensation & Benefits
$135,000 to $155,000 + production incentives
