Responsibilities
Answer medical questions and provide triage guidance over the phone.
Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnostics, and emergency procedures for patients.
Develop problem-based diagnoses and treatment plans, including minor and major emergency surgeries.
Perform endoscopic procedures and manage complex cases with a customer-centered approach.
Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare instructions clearly to clients.
Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient care and workflow efficiency.
Participate in mentorship, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives with colleagues.
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
Passionate about emergency medicine, including emergency surgery and endoscopy.
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, kneel, lift up to 25 kg independently, and assist with up to 40 kg.
Empathetic, team-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-stress environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with potential for additional incentives. (ranging from $175,000 to $195,000)
