About the Role
They are seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join a dynamic, collaborative team in the greater Austin area. This position is available full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. They will manage emergency cases, work closely with specialty teams, and have opportunities for hands-on, intraoperative surgical training.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency medical and surgical care for small animals
Collaborate with specialty teams on complex cases
Participate in mentoring programs (for new graduates)
Maintain accurate medical records and client communications
Support hospital initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture
Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD degree required
Prior internship or mentorship in emergency medicine preferred
Passionate about emergency medicine and continuous learning
Excellent teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary with monthly production bonuses (no negative accrual). Salary ranging from $175,000 to $195,000
