Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality emergency and urgent care to a diverse caseload
Manage complex medical and critical care cases with confidence
Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critical patients
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners during high-stress situations
Collaborate with referring veterinarians to ensure seamless continuity of care
Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
Work closely with experienced technicians and support staff
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
Minimum 2+ years of emergency veterinary experience required
Strong clinical decision-making and triage skills
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency environment

Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000 (DOE)
