Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to small animal patients
Diagnose and manage urgent, complex, and life-threatening cases
Collaborate with fellow emergency clinicians, specialists, and support teams
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners during stressful situations
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
Experience in emergency medicine preferred (mentorship available for the right candidate)
Calm, confident decision-maker in high-pressure situations
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Passion for progressive, veterinarian-led medicine
