About the Role
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll:
Provide high-quality clinical care across a wide range of cases
Mentor and support fellow vets, helping to shape the practice’s future
Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to provide accurate, efficient treatment
Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and continuity of care
Candidate Profile
They are looking for a motivated veterinary professional who is:
RCVS-registered (or eligible to register)
Skilled in surgery, medicine, or imaging with proven clinical experience
Confident leading a team and mentoring colleagues
A strong communicator with a collaborative approach
