This full-service small animal practice provides a wide range of services, including preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, and dental procedures. The clinic is equipped with modern technology such as advanced surgical monitoring, digital radiography, in-house lab services, and laser therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical care while guiding the medical direction of the practice

  • Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and support staff

  • Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose and manage illness or injuries

  • Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results

  • Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed

  • Provide guidance on end-of-life care for pets

  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and regulations

  • Collaborate with leadership on operational and growth initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • DVM/VMD from an accredited AVMA institution

  • Valid state licensure and eligibility for DEA/BNDD

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Professional, courteous, and collaborative with staff and clients

  • Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds independently; over 25 pounds with assistance

  • Experienced in clinical practice with interest in shaping a team-oriented workplace

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000–$160,000/year (negotiable based on experience)

  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
