This full-service small animal practice provides a wide range of services, including preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, and dental procedures. The clinic is equipped with modern technology such as advanced surgical monitoring, digital radiography, in-house lab services, and laser therapy.

Responsibilities
Lead clinical care while guiding the medical direction of the practice
Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose and manage illness or injuries
Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results
Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed
Provide guidance on end-of-life care for pets
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and regulations
Collaborate with leadership on operational and growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD from an accredited AVMA institution
Valid state licensure and eligibility for DEA/BNDD
Strong leadership and communication skills
Professional, courteous, and collaborative with staff and clients
Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds independently; over 25 pounds with assistance
Experienced in clinical practice with interest in shaping a team-oriented workplace
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000–$160,000/year (negotiable based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
