Schedule: Full-time, no weekends, no after-hours, closed Wednesdays
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year + up to $50,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care for a variety of companion animals

  • Perform physical exams, diagnostics, surgical procedures, and dental treatments

  • Guide clients on preventive care, wellness plans, and treatment options

  • Lead and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely medical records

  • Practice veterinary medicine in compliance with ethics, regulations, and hospital protocols

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program

  • Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license

  • DEA license (or eligibility)

  • Experience with reproductive surgery, including C-sections

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Collaborative, compassionate, and team-oriented

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier patients)
