Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and uphold high standards of evidence-based veterinary medicine
Balance a clinical caseload with medical oversight and mentorship responsibilities
Guide, support, and develop veterinarians and support staff
Collaborate with practice leadership on strategic planning and growth
Foster a positive, inclusive, and communicative workplace culture
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Veterinarian in North Carolina
Previous leadership experience preferred; senior clinicians ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, mentoring, and team-building skills

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (based on experience). Salary ranging from $195,000 to $215,000
Sign-on bonus up to $75,000
