Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the veterinarian team

  • Develop, implement, and oversee essential medical services

  • Advise on clinical operations and staff efficiency

  • Ensure exemplary patient care and client experience

  • Foster strategic relationships with referring veterinarians

  • Provide clinical mentoring, coaching, and training for staff

  • Evaluate and improve clinical policies and procedures

  • Monitor medical quality and report findings to senior management

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university

  • Active Texas license or ability to obtain one

  • Experience as an Emergency Veterinarian or board certification in emergency & critical care, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, or radiology

  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical, scientific, or industry experience in a high-volume environment

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Innovative, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement

Schedule & Compensation

  • 4-day work week with dedicated administrative time for leadership responsibilities

  • Base salary starting at $200,000 plus production bonuses (Ranging from $200,000 to $220,000)
