Responsibilities
Lead and manage the veterinarian team
Develop, implement, and oversee essential medical services
Advise on clinical operations and staff efficiency
Ensure exemplary patient care and client experience
Foster strategic relationships with referring veterinarians
Provide clinical mentoring, coaching, and training for staff
Evaluate and improve clinical policies and procedures
Monitor medical quality and report findings to senior management
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university
Active Texas license or ability to obtain one
Experience as an Emergency Veterinarian or board certification in emergency & critical care, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, or radiology
Minimum 2+ years of clinical, scientific, or industry experience in a high-volume environment
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Innovative, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement
Schedule & Compensation
4-day work week with dedicated administrative time for leadership responsibilities
Base salary starting at $200,000 plus production bonuses (Ranging from $200,000 to $220,000)
