They will serve as the hospital’s clinical and operational leader, partnering with management to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and cultivate a supportive, collaborative culture. About the Practice
They operate in a team-based, Fear Free & Feline Friendly environment, maintaining a minimum 2:1 Tech-to-Vet ratio to ensure optimal support. The practice emphasizes:

Responsibilities
Lead the hospital’s veterinary team in partnership with the Hospital Manager
Guide strategy, growth, and professional development for the team
Ensure excellence in patient care and client service
Oversee business performance and operational efficiency
Collaborate with leadership to achieve hospital-wide goals
Report to the Chief Medical Officer, with accountability to the Director of Operations and CEO
Candidate Profile
DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree required
Licenses/registrations in compliance with local, state, and national requirements
Training or certification in business management, HR, finance, or accounting is highly desirable
Proven leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
Commitment to team development and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $125,000 – $200,000 annually with generous pro-sal compensation and no negative accrual
Paid continuing education days and allowance
