Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multi-doctor veterinary team

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Support annual strategic planning and growth initiatives

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, high-quality medicine, and financial success

  • Remain actively involved in clinical practice

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or equivalent degree with active or eligible U.S. veterinary licensure

  • Proven leadership experience in a veterinary practice

  • Strong foundation in preventive care, wellness medicine, surgery, and dentistry

  • Comfortable guiding a fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary team

  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills

  • Passionate about compassionate, high-quality animal care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Generous base salary with no negative accrual ($120,000 to $160,000)

  • $50,000 sign-on bonus and equity option
