Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multi-doctor veterinary team
Provide clinical and administrative guidance
Collaborate with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance
Support annual strategic planning and growth initiatives
Foster a culture of teamwork, high-quality medicine, and financial success
Remain actively involved in clinical practice
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree with active or eligible U.S. veterinary licensure
Proven leadership experience in a veterinary practice
Strong foundation in preventive care, wellness medicine, surgery, and dentistry
Comfortable guiding a fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary team
Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills
Passionate about compassionate, high-quality animal care
Compensation & Benefits
Generous base salary with no negative accrual ($120,000 to $160,000)
$50,000 sign-on bonus and equity option
