Responsibilities
Lead and uphold high medical and ethical standards across the practice
Provide preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for companion animals
Mentor and support associate veterinarians and clinical team members
Foster a positive, collaborative, and client-focused culture
Partner with management on medical protocols, quality improvement, and case standards
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and the local community
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
Demonstrated commitment to high clinical standards and veterinary ethics
Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior clinician experience preferred
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Passion for developing people, teams, and quality medicine
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience, skills, and leadership background (Salary ranging from $180,000 to $210,000)
Additional earnings: Eligibility for variable or incentive-based compensation
