Responsibilities

  • Lead and uphold high medical and ethical standards across the practice

  • Provide preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for companion animals

  • Mentor and support associate veterinarians and clinical team members

  • Partner with management on medical protocols, quality improvement, and case standards

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and the local community

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina

  • Demonstrated commitment to high clinical standards and veterinary ethics

  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior clinician experience preferred

  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for developing people, teams, and quality medicine

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience, skills, and leadership background (Salary ranging from $180,000 to $210,000)
Additional earnings: Eligibility for variable or incentive-based compensation
