Responsibilities

  • Provide medical leadership and mentorship to associate veterinarians

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment

  • Develop and monitor medical protocols and best practices

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to support strategic planning and practice vision

Candidate Profile

  • DVM, VMD, or equivalent with active Texas veterinary license

  • Ideally 5+ years of clinical experience

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a veterinary setting preferred

  • Strong emotional intelligence and people-management skills

  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality veterinary medicine

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to delegate effectively and drive team performance
