They are seeking an experienced Medical Director (Managing DVM) to lead a multi-service veterinary practice in New Braunfels, TX. This role is ideal for a veterinarian ready to advance into leadership and practice management while continuing to deliver high-quality clinical care.
Veterinarians in this position will mentor associate veterinarians, provide clinical and administrative guidance, and drive excellence, compliance, and long-term growth across the practice.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop associate veterinarians and support staff

Develop and monitor medical protocols and best practices
Support strategic planning and practice vision
Promote a culture of ethical, gold-standard veterinary medicine and financial sustainability
Remain actively involved in clinical practice
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree with active U.S. veterinary licensure
5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams
Strong communication, organization, and delegation abilities
Commitment to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and ethics
Passionate about fostering team collaboration and clinical excellence
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation with sign-on and retention bonuses ($120,000 to $150,000)
