  • Develop and monitor medical protocols and best practices

  • Support strategic planning and practice vision

  • Remain actively involved in clinical practice

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or equivalent degree with active U.S. veterinary licensure

  • 5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams

  • Strong communication, organization, and delegation abilities

  • Commitment to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and ethics
