About the Practice

The practice is a full-service small animal hospital dedicated to compassionate, ethical veterinary care. They provide:

  • Comprehensive small animal services, including preventive care, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care

  • State-of-the-art equipment: digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, in-house laboratory, and pharmacy

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor associate veterinarians and support staff

  • Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture

  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and best practices

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university

  • Active or eligible Texas veterinary license

  • 5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with emotional intelligence and professionalism

  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence

  • Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire a team
