About the Practice
The practice is a full-service small animal hospital dedicated to compassionate, ethical veterinary care. They provide:
Comprehensive small animal services, including preventive care, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care
State-of-the-art equipment: digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, in-house laboratory, and pharmacy

Community engagement, including behavior training partnerships and client education initiatives
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor associate veterinarians and support staff
Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve hospital and operational goals
Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and best practices
Deliver outstanding client service in alignment with the hospital’s mission
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Active or eligible Texas veterinary license
5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred
Proven leadership and management skills, with emotional intelligence and professionalism
Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence
Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire a team

Competitive leadership compensation package with sign-on and retention bonuses (Ranging from $190,000 to $220,000)
