Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care across small animals, cattle, and small ruminants
Perform preventive care, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, reproductive and herd health services
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and producers
Mentor and collaborate with support staff to optimize patient care and efficiency
Maintain thorough medical records and adhere to regulatory compliance
Participate in practice management, operational initiatives, and community outreach
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and client-focused work environment
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited university
Compassionate, client-focused approach to veterinary medicine
Strong communication and education skills with clients
Eager to grow professionally in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment
Experience with mixed animal medicine preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
Comfortable working both in-clinic and on-farm
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 + Production Bonus
