Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to small animal patients
Triage, diagnose, and stabilise urgent and critical cases
Perform emergency procedures and treatments as needed
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
Ensure thorough medical records and effective shift handovers
Candidate Profile
DVM / VMD or equivalent qualification
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
Emergency experience preferred but not required
Open to new graduates and GPs with mentorship support
Comfortable working overnight shifts
Calm, collaborative, and confident under pressure
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 DOE
